25.9. was here culture so we visited an organ concert, two exhibitions and Lesotho presentation in European Union House, where Miriam joined successfully the dancers!!!

The day was hot and sunny - the second real summer weekend this year, so we went to Newbridge House to see the farm...

for the first time Miriam experienced face-painting... got quite startled when lady transformed her into a pink-panther!!

then a lot of bouncing, jumping and sliding...

also with Erik, a friend from creche, whom we found there with his father... and a nice orange balloon at the end :+)

really good it all took place inside as storms were tearing some branches out of the trees outside...

adorei essa versao de tarde de sabado!!! os pais ficam parados a observar como me estou a divertir... a mae ficou com ciumes de nao poder ir comigo para aquela escorrega grande e o pai estava a assustar os co-satitantes no castelo insuflavel...

mesmo bom, finalmente uma coisa positiva dos estudos da mae (porque foi a Universidade dela que organizou isso ;+)

navstivili jsem zapadni kout Irska a probehli se po tamnich bazinkach...
nastesti nam pocasi pralo a tak jsme uzili i prilehleho more k objevovani krabu poustevniku, sasanek a dalsich zajimavek...
spali jsme mezi zivymi ploty golfoveho hriste s vyhledem na nejvyssi Irske hory
.. a mapa jen tak pro zajimavost :-)


orientacao no Oeste Irlandes com muitas moscas mas o mar melhor do que Santa Cruz... as vistas de tenda no sobre o campo de golfe para umas das mais altas montanhas..

gardens'weekend

Mount Usher and Kilruddery are very interesting gardens but walking all day under surprisingly shining sun also rather tiring...

Miriam found a nice resting place fitting here size :)

nice sunday saw us wandering through two remarkable gardens with our Hungarian friend... there was even a time for some dendrological demonstrations...

first May weekend was bank holiday one, so we went to Cork and surroundings..

on our way back from Cork we visited Lismore castle gardens - with a glorious display of Rhododendrons in the lower grounds ...  rich herb and medicinal gardens and poorly treated fruit trees, both within its original space in upper castle gardens 

 all around that somehow scattered weird art artifacts - pink spider was however quite dear ;-) 

in Middleton hostel we met Andrea, a Hungarian Landscape achitectue student and had her pleasant company into Fota as well as to Lismore castle and up till Malahide
